Pulse Surgery Center protects your protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA, HITECH, and all applicable state laws. We use PHI to provide treatment, obtain payment, and operate our facility.

You have the right to inspect and copy your records, request amendments, receive an accounting of disclosures, request restrictions, request confidential communications, and file a complaint. Complaints will not affect your care.
